Jessica Budgell is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner; however, she also uses a unique form of muscle testing called Total Body Modification (TBM). This is a non-invasive technique and clients enjoy the TBM portion of their appointments.*
Having had a long history struggling with eczema, Jessica has developed a passion for well-being. She finds joy when others feel the freedom that comes with a return to health.
Jessica believes that ‘food’ extends far beyond an equation of carbs, proteins and fats; it is everything that we ‘feed’ our bodies and minds including the thoughts we think, the hobbies we practice, the air we breath, and the people with whom we surround ourselves.
Fascinated by the effects of nutrition and natural supplementation, her recommendations generally include ways that you can adjust food choices, support with vitamin and mineral supplementation, and alter lifestyle.
Jessica has an undergraduate degree with a double major in Environmental Science and Community Design from Dalhousie University and is a First Class Honors graduate of The Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Vancouver. She has also completed all levels of TBM training. She has worked as a practitioner in the clinics of naturopath Jonn Matsen at Northshore Naturopathic Clinic in North Vancouver and naturopath Natalie Groenewoud’s Aumakua Integrated Wellness Clinic in downtown Vancouver.
